Lars Mescheder

Lars Mescheder is a Machine Learning Researcher at Apple since April 2023. Prior to this role, Lars worked at Amazon from February 2020 to April 2023, holding positions as Senior Applied Scientist and Applied Scientist, where contributions included applied computer vision research for the Amazon Scout autonomous delivery platform. Lars's earlier experience includes serving as a Doctoral Researcher at the Max Planck Institutes Tübingen from August 2016 to February 2020, focusing on 3D perception and deep generative models, and completing a research internship at Microsoft in late 2017, concentrating on style transfer using deep generative models.
