Laura Posey

Laura Posey is a seasoned Privacy, Security, and Compliance Leader with extensive experience in technology and cybersecurity. They served as an English Language Consultant for the Japan Exchange and Teaching Program and held multiple crucial roles at Microsoft, where they drove significant improvements in user experience and security policies. Laura transitioned to Motorola Mobility as the Director of Global Privacy Engineering, aligning privacy practices with Google standards and managing compliance with FTC requirements. Currently, they hold the position of Director of Compliance at Apple Services Engineering while contributing as a board member for both the American Conservatory Theater and Cathedral School for Boys. Laura earned a BA in Asian Studies and Communications from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.
