Laura Walker

Laura Walker is a vision scientist currently serving as the Manager of Visual Experience & Health at Apple. Earlier, they held the position of Founding Executive Director of the Envision Research Institute, where they focused on addressing the challenges faced by individuals with vision loss. Laura's background includes significant research experience with NIH funding and contributions to projects related to eye movements and low vision rehabilitation. They earned a PhD in Vision Science from the University of California, Berkeley, after completing a Bachelor's Degree in Chemical Engineering and Biomedical Engineering from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology.
