Lauren Casey is an experienced program manager currently working with the Environment, Policy & Social Initiatives Team at Apple since January 2018. Prior to this role, Lauren served as the Director of Climate Programs at the Sonoma County Transportation Authority and Regional Climate Protection Authority from November 2012 to January 2018. Earlier experience includes a position as a Montana Energy Policy Analyst at the Northwest Power and Conservation Council and as an Energy Engineer/Analyst at HDR, where technical support and consulting in clean energy solutions were provided. Lauren also coordinated the Repowering the Flathead Project with Citizens for a Better Flathead as part of an Americorps State program. Lauren holds both a BS and MS in Earth Systems and Civil & Environmental Engineering from Stanford University, completed from 2001 to 2006.
