Leslie Lecroy

Leslie LeCroy is a seasoned design professional with extensive experience in art direction and design systems. Currently serving as a Senior Art Director at Apple since April 2022, Leslie focuses on systematic design leadership, fostering collaboration across teams and disciplines. Previously, as Director of Design Systems at Ansira, Leslie led the visual and technical direction for the experience design team. Leslie has also held roles as Art Director at BrightWave and BKV, where responsibilities included managing agency accounts and shaping creative direction for major clients like AT&T and DIRECTV. Additionally, Leslie has contributed as a professional speaker on the importance of inclusive design and has a strong educational background in graphic design and human-computer interaction from esteemed institutions. Prior military service in the US Navy provided foundational skills in training and team supervision.
