Liang He

Liang Liang is a Staff ML Infrastructure Engineer at Apple, focusing on foundation model training infrastructure. They previously worked as a Software Engineer at Databricks, where they developed serverless cloud services and improved performance and cost efficiency. Liang served as a Research Assistant at Purdue University, self-implementing a MapReduce system and designing efficient data structures that significantly advanced research capabilities. They also held the role of Period Coordinator at Brookhaven National Laboratory during a scientific program, ensuring operational excellence. Liang earned a PhD in Physics from Purdue University and a Bachelor of Science in Physics from the University of Science and Technology of China.
