Loc La

Loc La, also known as Lucas, has extensive experience in the technology service sector, with significant roles at Kantar Media, Apple, and Sony. From August 2008 to August 2019, Loc La served as Fields Engineer and System Manager at Kantar Media, focusing on training engineering staff and maintaining effective communication with customers. A notable tenure at Sony as Chief Technical from July 2006 to March 2008 involved enhancing service accessibility through on-site service deployment and managing technical operations. Subsequently, Loc La held multiple positions at Apple, including Warranty Manager at a Super Apple Authorized Service Provider from September 2021 to April 2022, and is currently serving as Warranty Director, overseeing the development of an authorized service center network in Vietnam. Loc La holds a Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Electronics and Communications Engineering from ĐH Bách Khoa Hà Nội, earned between 2002 and 2006.
