Lore Unt

Lore Unt has a diverse legal background, including a role as a Law Clerk at the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit from 2000 to 2002 and various positions at Apple from March 2019 to October 2020, where responsibilities included serving as Principal Standards Policy Counsel and Manager. Unt contributed to the United States Attorney's Office for the Eastern District of Virginia as a Special Assistant United States Attorney in 2010, and worked as an Associate at Irell & Manella from 1997 to 2000. Prior experience includes serving as Principal Counsel for IP Litigation at the Federal Trade Commission from 2009 to 2012 and as Counsel for Intellectual Property. Unt began legal career at Cleary Gottlieb Steen & Hamilton LLP as an Associate and later held the position of Associate Solicitor at the United States Patent and Trademark Office from April 2012 to March 2019. Education includes a JD from Harvard Law School and a BA in International Relations and Political Science from the University of Southern California.
