Mainak Chatterjee

Mainak Chatterjee is a Senior Research Scientist and Network Strategist at Apple, with over 20 years of experience in network systems, data analytics, and applied research. They have spent over six years at Apple and a decade in academia, focusing on cloud networking intelligence and cost optimization through advanced data-driven models. Prior to joining Apple, Mainak served as an Associate Professor and Co-Director of the NetMoC Lab at the University of Central Florida, leading research in wireless networking, cybersecurity, and dynamic spectrum access. Mainak holds a Ph.D. in Computer Science and Engineering from The University of Texas at Arlington, and has received multiple accolades, including the U.S. Air Force Young Investigator Program award.
