Marijke Large

Marijke Large is a seasoned professional in program management and learning and development with experience at leading organizations such as Meta and Apple. At Meta, Marijke served as Global Program Manager, overseeing the design and execution of over 30 enterprise-wide learning programs, and led a team in creating impactful community learning experiences and promoting disability inclusion. As a co-founder and Director of Program Management at Syzygy Toronto, Marijke focused on empowering women-driven businesses and fostering community engagement through events addressing equity and inclusion themes. Prior to this, Marijke held various leadership roles at WE.org, directing large-scale programs and operations that reached hundreds of thousands of youth across North America. Marijke's extensive background in leadership development, advocacy, and operations reflects a strong commitment to fostering inclusive and high-impact learning environments.
