Mario Yin has extensive experience in corporate recruiting, currently serving as the Corporate Recruiting Leader for Greater China at Apple since May 2013. In this role, Mario leads a team focused on various sectors, including operations, manufacturing, hardware engineering, and AI and machine learning. Prior to this, Mario held the position of Recruiting Manager at Apple, overseeing recruitment for Asia and Greater China Operations. Mario's previous experience includes serving as Head of Consulting and Recruiting at Junyao Management and Consulting Co., Ltd., where leadership of a team of over 30 consultants was central to managing recruitment projects for Fortune 500 companies across Greater China and the APAC region. Early career experience includes roles at the British Consulate General, where responsibilities encompassed supervising staff and ensuring adherence to operational protocols. Mario Yin holds a Bachelor’s degree in English from Sichuan Normal University.
