Mark Coughlan

Mark Coughlan possesses extensive experience in business operations and support, with a career spanning over a decade. Beginning as a Pricing Specialist at Citco Fund Services from September 2008 to October 2010, Mark coordinated with external administrators and investment managers to ensure accurate pricing and reporting. Mark transitioned to EMC as a Business Analyst from April 2010 to April 2014, where responsibilities included enhancing customer service and sales support, process improvement, and development of sales enablement tools. Since May 2014, Mark has served as a Reseller Operations Account Manager at Apple, focusing on inventory management and maintaining relationships with key partners across EMEIA. Mark holds an MBS in Food Marketing from University College Cork and a Bachelor of Business Studies from Cork Institute of Technology.
