Mathias Marschall

Mathias Marschall is a highly experienced software engineering and technology professional with a robust background in the automotive and communication sectors. Marschall began a vocational training in Electronic Systems at K+S Group and later worked as an Automotive Electronics Technician. After several roles at IAV GmbH, including positions in infotainment and telematics, Marschall advanced to significant leadership roles at Volkswagen Group, overseeing computing systems, software engineering, and cloud services for autonomous vehicles. Currently, Marschall serves as the Head of Software Build & Integration for Europe at Apple and has also held the position of Director of Platform Architecture at Infineon Technologies. Marschall earned a PhD in Vehicle Technology from Technische Universität Braunschweig between 2016 and 2023.
