Matt Davidson is an experienced educator and researcher with a diverse background in psychology, education, and assessment. From August 2015 to August 2017, Matt served as a High School Psychology Teacher at the American International School in Vietnam, focusing on developing lesson plans for English language learner students. Following this, from September 2017 to June 2021, Matt held two roles as a Graduate Research Assistant at the University of Washington, contributing to NSF-funded projects on computer science assessments and psychometric properties. Additional experience includes roles as a Psychometric Intern at the National Commission on Certification of Physician Assistants, a Research Intern at the American Institutes for Research, and various teaching and tutoring positions. Matt holds a PhD in Educational Assessment, Testing, and Measurement from the University of Washington.
