Matt DeMarco

Matt DeMarco is currently the Head of Employee Learning and Development for Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning at Apple, where they manage a team focused on building engagement and development opportunities for employees worldwide. With over twenty years of experience in talent development, Matt has held roles such as Associate Director of Career Services at Johns Hopkins School of Advanced International Studies and Leadership Development Specialist at the U.S. Department of State, Foreign Service Institute. Matt's educational background includes a Graduate Certificate in Leadership from Harvard University and an MA in International Training and Education from American University. Prior to their current role, Matt worked in various training and development positions at Apple and served as a Peace Corps Volunteer.
