Matthew Scott has a diverse professional background spanning various roles in geology, restaurant management, construction, photography, and real estate. Starting as a Geologist at EOG Resources from April 2006 to October 2007, Matthew strategically mined well data and assessed the feasibility of the Eagle Ford play. As the Owner and Manager of Luciano's Italian Restaurant from September 2005 to April 2012, Matthew supervised a high-volume establishment and ensured guest satisfaction while managing staff. From April 2013 to October 2016, Matthew managed new home construction and property rehabilitation projects as the Owner and Project Manager at Nest Builders.
