Megan Bowman

Megan Bowman is an experienced human resources leader with a robust background in driving HR initiatives across various industries. Currently serving as the Director of Human Resources for Hardware Engineering at Apple since June 2013, Megan oversees global HR operations for approximately 8,500 employees. Previously, Megan held strategic HR roles at Novelis, Porsche Cars North America, Abbott, Marsh, Bank of America, eOne Global, and T. Rowe Price, contributing to executive recruitment, global HR leadership, and organizational development. Megan holds a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Harvard University and an MBA in Human Resources from Vanderbilt University.
