Prior to that, at Brown & Brown Construction Management from January 2006 to August 2012, Michael served as Principal Owner, providing comprehensive project planning and management services for high-profile clients, including the renovation of the Francis Ford Coppola Winery. Additionally, Michael was an Account Manager at Chestnut Company from January 2000 to February 2005, where significant cost reductions were achieved for Peet's Coffee and Tea. Lastly, in 2005, as a Senior Development Manager at Williams-Sonoma, Michael successfully managed the budget for the West Elm brand rollout. Michael holds a Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, Marketing, and Related Support Services from San Diego State University.
