Michael Browne

Michael Browne, Ph.D., is a seasoned professional in noise and vibration engineering with extensive experience at Apple from 2016 to 2022, where roles included Manager of Noise & Vibration/BSR and Senior Manager of Acoustics, overseeing teams focused on acoustic validation and design optimization. Prior to Apple, Michael held key positions at McLaren Performance Technologies, Linamar, Visteon, Automotive Components Holding, and Ford Motor Company, contributing to the development of NVH test labs and innovative engineering solutions. Michael holds a Ph.D. in Mechanical Engineering with a focus on Nonlinear Dynamics, Vibrations, and Controls from Texas A&M University, along with an MBA from the University of Massachusetts Amherst and a BS in Mechanical Engineering from Brigham Young University.
