Michael Elzinga

Michael Elzinga is currently a Senior Researcher at Apple, where they focus on advancements in robotics and perception. Prior to this role, they contributed as a Research Scientist for Prime Air at Amazon from 2014 to 2017. Earlier in their career, Michael served as a Research Scientist/Engineer II and Graduate Research Assistant at the University of Washington (2010-2012) and California Institute of Technology, where they completed both their PhD and Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering. They also hold a BA in Physics and a BS in Mechanical Engineering from Lafayette College, earned in 2007.
