Michael Kapetas

Michael Kapetas currently leads the Wallet, Payments, and Commerce Operations team at Apple across Greater China, Australia, New Zealand, and Southeast Asia. They have previously held positions at Apple, including Project Manager for Sales Business Process Reengineering and Operations Manager, focusing on business transformation and customer engagement. Prior to joining Apple, Michael worked as a Customer Experience Manager at Nokia Care, overseeing customer relations in Australia, New Zealand, and Singapore. They are pursuing degrees in Industrial Design and Business, Management & Marketing at the University of Technology Sydney.
