Michelle Lee has extensive experience in intellectual property law, currently serving as Senior Counsel for Original Content in Legal & Studio Affairs at Apple since 2022. Prior to this, Michelle held the position of Senior Counsel at Sony Pictures Entertainment from 2021 to 2022, and served as Counsel in the same department. Prior experience includes time at Zuber Lawler & Del Duca as an Associate (2017-2019) and as an Associate at White & Case LLP (2012-2017). Michelle began her legal career as a Judicial Extern to the Honorable Jacqueline H. Nguyen at the U.S. District Court, CACD, and also gained experience as an Extern at Her Justice in 2015. Michelle holds a Doctor of Law (J.D.) degree from the University of Pennsylvania Law School and an undergraduate degree from Brown University.
