Mithun Udayakumar

Mithun Udayakumar is a skilled RTL/Logic design engineer currently contributing to high-performance CPU core logic design at Apple. With extensive experience in complex high-speed CPU core development, Mithun has worked on multiple generations of Server SoCs from initiation to tape-out across various process nodes. Previously, Mithun held positions at Marvell Semiconductor and Broadcom Limited, focusing on micro-architecture for advanced ARM CPU cores featured in the ThunderX Server processor lineup. Mithun earned a Master’s Degree in Electrical and Computer Engineering from the Georgia Institute of Technology and a Bachelor’s Degree in Electronics and Communication Engineering from SSN College of Engineering, Anna University.
