Mónica Maltzman

Mónica Maltzman is the founder and author of "The Leadership Toolbox," specializing in guiding high-achieving leaders to embrace their uniqueness. Mónica currently serves as a Global PM at Apple, where they lead complex global initiatives, and as a mentor in Nasdaq's Mentor Makers program, focusing on ethical and human-centered leadership. Previously, they held senior roles including Senior IT Project Manager at Onetree and Head of Product Management at Pi Tech, where they drove significant improvements in project delivery and team development. Mónica's career also includes impactful positions at Mana Common and Agesic, contributing to large-scale digital transformation efforts within both corporate and government contexts. Mónica is pursuing an education at Universidad Católica del Uruguay.
