Prior to their current role, Montey served in various leadership positions, including Vice President at MUFG and National Director at other organizations, where they managed substantial budgets and large teams. Montey holds a Bachelor of Science in Workforce Education and Development from Southern Illinois University and is pursuing a Master of Public Administration at Troy University.
