Muthoni Richards, MSc CIPM CIPP/E, is a global data protection, data governance, and privacy leader with over 20 years of experience, including more than 15 years in strategic regulatory risk management for leading tech companies. Muthoni has held significant roles at organizations such as Google, Apple, and Disney Parks, Experiences and Products, where they focus on privacy risk management and compliance strategies in the rapidly evolving privacy landscape. They have extensive expertise in global and U.S. privacy laws, regulations, and self-regulatory frameworks. Muthoni is currently pursuing a Master of Science in International Policy Management at Kennesaw State University.
