Naeem Sarwar has extensive experience in service operations and repair services, having held various senior positions at Research In Motion from January 2004 to January 2007, including Regional Service Manager, Director, and Senior Director of Global Repair Services for the EMEA region. Naeem also served as Regional Service Manager and UK Operations Manager at Motorola from September 2002 to December 2003. Currently, since September 2012, Naeem has been the Head of iPhone Service Operations for Telco at Apple.
