Nancy Rivera is currently pursuing a Bachelor of Business Administration in Marketing with a focus on Professional Selling and Sales Management at San Diego State University, where they serve as a representative for the Hispanic Business Student Association. Since October 2023, they have been employed as a Technical Specialist at Apple, providing technical support for various products while utilizing strong interpersonal and communication skills. Previously, as a Sales Specialist at Apple, Nancy mentored new team members and created a welcoming environment for diverse customers, leveraging proficiency in Spanish to enhance service for Spanish-speaking clients. They also gained experience as a Style Consultant at Target, a Fulfillment Associate at Amazon, and an Intern with the San Diego Sockers, consistently prioritizing customer satisfaction and operational effectiveness.
