Nujha B.

Nujha B. is a Computer Science undergraduate at the University of Virginia, specializing in Cybersecurity. Nujha has gained diverse experience through various roles, including a Research Assistant at the Civelek Lab, where bioinformatics and genomics research focused on cardiovascular disease susceptibility. Nujha served as a Teaching Assistant for Girls Who Code, educating international students in game development, and held multiple positions at the University of Virginia, such as Engineering School Tutor and Director of Membership for Girls Who Code UVA, where Nujha organized significant events including a large hackathon. Nujha's internship experiences include a Research Intern role at the UVA Biocomplexity Institute, working on a NASA-funded project, and Software Product Sprint at Google, contributing to open-source software development. Currently, Nujha is working as an Information Security Engineer at Apple and previously interned in Software Engineering at Apple.
