Oguz Olcay

Oguz Olcay is an experienced engineering leader who specializes in high-scale, customer-facing products and services at Apple, where they have served as a Senior Engineering Manager since 2012. Prior to Apple, Oguz managed web teams at Cisco Systems and had various roles in web development and management at Cypress Semiconductor and Medyasoft Agency. They hold an MBA in Global Marketing from the Weatherhead School of Management at Case Western Reserve University, and have furthered their education with a focus on Innovation Management and Entrepreneurship at Stanford University, as well as a BS in Chemistry from Bogazici University. Known for their passion for learning new technologies, Oguz excels in product strategy, user experience, and mentoring teams.
