Oliver Bathke

Oliver Bathke has a diverse background in engineering, primarily focusing on layout design for power management integrated circuits (PMIC). Bathke's career began at Siemens from 1998 to 1999 as a Maintenance Technician for ion implant and epitaxy machines, followed by a role at Infineon Technologies from 1999 to 2000, where responsibilities included mask defect inspection and physical design engineering for chip cards. Subsequently, Bathke worked at Agfa HealthCare from 2002 to 2004 as a Production Shift Supervisor in thin-film coating. A significant tenure at Dialog Semiconductor between 2004 and 2008 involved escalating roles from Layout Engineer to Layout Group Manager for PMIC. Bathke briefly joined Apple in 2016 as a Layout Engineer before transitioning to layout design management.
