Omer Elgressy is currently the Camera Design Lead at Apple, bringing over six years of experience in Head Mounted Display (HMD) technology. Starting as a Mechanical Engineer at Elbit Systems Ltd, Omer transitioned to project management roles, where they led the development of advanced HMD products for military applications. Omer has a strong background in engineering and team leadership, having managed multidisciplinary teams and focused on user-centered design within regulated environments. Omer holds a Master of Engineering in Systems Engineering and a Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering from the Technion - Israel Institute of Technology. Prior to their engineering career, Omer served as a Naval Officer for the Israeli Navy.
