Onno Koelman

Onno Koelman is an experienced executive coach and advisor, currently working with Apple and Korn Ferry to enhance leadership skills in various organizations. With a rich background in sales and design engineering, they contributed significantly to the success of PAX Water Technologies as Director of Sales from 2007 to 2014. As a co-founder and lead trainer at The People Piece, Onno designed programs focused on emotional intelligence and effective leadership. They have also engaged in various consulting roles, including with LIW and N Leadership, while leading workshops aimed at empowering women in leadership. Onno completed certification in several leadership and emotional intelligence frameworks and holds a background as a Research Fellow at Rocky Mountain Institute.
