Pat O'Brien

Pat O'Brien is an experienced professional in the field of engineering and technology, currently serving as a Director at Apple since September 2012, focusing on sensor module packaging, process engineering, and testing. Prior roles include Vice President of the BGA Product Group at Amkor Technology, where responsibilities encompassed business management of BGA packages, and Vice President of Manufacturing at Solyndra, where O'Brien built a manufacturing organization and managed multiple sites for high-volume production of innovative solar panels. Additionally, O'Brien held various leadership roles at Amkor Technology, including VP of Operations, overseeing new product development in complex manufacturing environments, and contributed to engineering management for new packaging developments at LSI Logic.
