Patrice Sterling

Patrice Sterling is a dedicated professional with extensive experience in project management, technical support, and educational initiatives in the tech industry. Serving as a Project Management Student Leader at Rewriting the Code, Patrice empowers over 13,000 students through high-impact tech programming. As a volunteer Program and Events Manager for AnitaB.org, Patrice leads the Caribbean community, while also fulfilling roles such as a Fellow at ColorStack and a member of the National Society of Black Engineers, advocating for diversity in engineering. Currently at Apple, Patrice works as a watchOS System Experience Integration Engineer, enhancing automation efficiency and testing core frameworks. Additionally, as a Co-Founder of the EdEquity Initiative, Patrice is transforming education access in Jamaica. An active participant in organizations like the Society of Women Engineers and Tech Prep Rising Innovators, Patrice is committed to fostering inclusive growth and innovation in technology and education. Currently pursuing a B.S. in Computer Science at Bluefield State University, Patrice demonstrates a strong commitment to both academic and professional excellence.
