GNSS Wireless Systems Engineer

Patrick Ellis is an accomplished engineer with extensive experience in signal processing, localization, and RF communications. Notable roles include serving as a Sr. Research Engineer at Southwest Research Institute, where development of state estimation algorithms and RF subsystem design for NASA were key responsibilities. Currently, Patrick holds the position of GNSS Wireless Systems Engineer at Apple. Previous internships and fellowships at prestigious organizations, including Raytheon BBN Technologies and MIT Lincoln Laboratory, were instrumental in shaping expertise in advanced signal detection and classification. Patrick earned a Bachelor's of Science, a Master's Degree, and a PhD in Electrical Engineering from Bradley University and the University of California, Santa Cruz.
