Paul Crowley

Paul Crowley is currently an Employee and Labour Relations Business Partner on Apple’s EMEA team, located at the European HQ in Cork, where they address complex workplace challenges and foster positive employee relations. Previously, as an Employee Relations Specialist at BNY Mellon, Paul conducted workplace investigations and provided guidance on various employee relations issues. They also worked as an Employee Relations Executive at Ibec, representing member companies in hearings and advising on critical ER matters. Paul holds a Bachelor of Commerce from University College Cork and is pursuing an MA in Local History at the same institution, complementing their expertise with a Certificate in Employment Law from TU Dublin.
