Paul Kay has extensive experience in customer service and management, with a current role as Manager at Apple since November 2010, where leadership of a creative team focuses on delivering exceptional customer experiences. Previous positions at Apple included servicing and repairing devices as a Genius, testing applications as a QA - User Acceptance Tester, and enhancing customer relationships in various roles. Prior to Apple, Paul held the title of Area Manager at Firkins, overseeing multiple stores and ensuring compliance with food hygiene standards. As a Freelance Graphic Designer, Paul collaborated with global artists and local businesses to develop branding and promotional materials. Additional experience includes managing restaurant operations at Walsall Golf Club and working as a Youth Worker and Creative Arts Mentor at Breathing Space. Paul holds an NVQ & HNC in Graphic Design from Walsall College and has completed GCSEs at Willenhall Comprehensive School.
