Paul Kramer

Paul Kramer is a dedicated Operations Engineering Manager with a rich background in product and process development, particularly in consumer electronics and medical device manufacturing. With extensive experience at companies including Heraeus and Apple, Paul currently serves as a Senior Manager in Technical Operations, where they lead multi-disciplinary teams and drive continuous improvement initiatives. Paul holds a BS in Mechanical Engineering and a BA in Molecular, Cellular, and Developmental Biology from the University of Colorado Boulder, as well as an MBA with a focus on Entrepreneurship from Santa Clara University. They have also pursued advanced certifications in Lean, Supply Chain Management, and Negotiation Skills.
