Peggy Peng

Peggy (Jin) Peng is an accomplished leader in data science, currently serving as the Head of Payments Data Science at Apple since February 2020, focusing on product and business data analytics for Apple Services Payments. Prior to this role, Peggy held key positions at Uber, where responsibilities included leading analytics and data science for payment initiatives and managing the Intelligent Resolution Data Science team for risk management. Peggy's experience also includes senior management roles at Upwork, where oversight included payment fraud and account security, and eBay, where leadership involved analytics for seller programs. Early career experience at HSBC centered on credit policy and risk analysis, and an internship at IBM provided foundational skills. Peggy holds advanced degrees in Industrial & Systems Engineering and Control Science & Engineering from Virginia Tech and Tsinghua University, respectively.
