Peter Raffensperger

Peter Raffensperger is an accomplished audio and signal processing engineer currently working on Siri ASR tools and infrastructure at Apple. They have a diverse background in software engineering and audio digital signal processing, having held positions at companies such as Dynamic Controls, Sigenics Inc., and AuCom Electronics Ltd. Peter completed a PhD in Electrical and Electronics Engineering at the University of Canterbury, where they researched machine learning and multi-agent systems. Their experience also includes teaching assistant responsibilities at the university while pursuing their degrees, which include both a Bachelor's and a PhD, both earned from the University of Canterbury.
