Philip Chang

Philip Chang is a Technical Program Manager at Apple, where they have been contributing since 2019, focusing on iPhone Core Technologies. With over 15 years of experience in engineering, manufacturing, and operations, Philip previously served as a Senior Operations Program Manager at Quanta Computer Inc. and founded a web application consulting business, managing a team of software engineers.
