Phyllis L.

Phyllis L. has extensive experience in management and customer service, currently serving as a Lead at Apple since May 2019, where responsibilities include overseeing Apple Service Engineering Admin roles focused on iCloud Service. Prior to Apple, Phyllis was a Property Administrator at JLL for The Shops at The Bravern and held various supervisory positions in luxury retail at TOD'S, Hermès, Gucci, and Louis Vuitton. Phyllis also served in the US Navy from 2008 to 2012 as a Petty Officer, with duties in administrative support and event planning. Phyllis holds a High School Diploma from Nathan Hale High School and furthered education at The Art Institute in Seattle from 2013 to 2015.
