Rachel Low

Rachel Low has a diverse background in recruitment and employer relations. From April 2009 to August 2010, Rachel served as an Executive in Employer Relations at the Career Centre of the National University of Singapore, focusing on student career coaching and facilitating connections between students and employers. Subsequently, at Apple Inc. from August 2010 to September 2015, Rachel held the position of Recruiting Coordinator, where responsibilities included managing interview processes across the South Asia region and organizing recruitment events. In September 2020, Rachel briefly took on multiple roles at Apple, including APAC Backgrounds Program Lead and People Privacy Compliance Specialist, supporting the APAC Recruiting team and managing operations. Prior experience includes working as a Recruitment Consultant at GMP Recruitment Services from 2007 to 2009. Rachel holds a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from the National University of Singapore, earned in 2007.
