Ragah M. has diverse experience in various roles focused on support, education, and customer service. As a Social Care Worker at Odyssey Social Care from March 2022 to September 2022, Ragah provided care and support to vulnerable young people in collaboration with a multidisciplinary team. Previously, Ragah worked as a Post Primary Teacher of Spanish Language and Literature at Colegio Concertado Bilingüe Antonio Gala, where theoretical knowledge was applied to develop professional skills for secondary education. Currently, Ragah serves as a Health Support+ at Apple, delivering exceptional customer service and technical support from September 2022 to April 2024.
