Rahul Kajrolkar is currently a Lead ISE at the Apple Retail Store in BKC, Mumbai. They began their career as a Service Engineer at RSG INFOTECH PRIVATE LIMITED from 2010 to 2012 and later worked as a Mac Support Engineer at LemonLearn eServices Private Limited until 2013. Rahul then served as a Junior Mac Engineer at CtrlS Datacenters Ltd from 2014 to 2016, followed by a role as an Information Technology Service Contractor at the American School of Bombay from 2016 to 2022. In 2022, they briefly held the position of Presales Engineer at SRSG Broadcast (India) Pvt. Ltd before joining Apple as a Genius. Rahul is currently pursuing a Master’s of Science in Information Technology from Sikkim Manipal University through distance education.
