Ran Luo

Ran Luo is an experienced machine learning engineer with a strong background in algorithm development and applications within the fields of machine learning and computer graphics. At Apple, Ran served as a Senior Machine Learning Engineer and contributed to various projects from June 2018 to September 2021. Prior to this, Ran worked as a Research Assistant at The University of New Mexico, where significant research results were published in prestigious journals such as ACM Transactions on Graphics and IEEE Transactions on Visualization and Computer Graphics. Additionally, Ran gained industry experience as a Summer Intern at Samsung Electronics, developing advanced methods for 3D modeling. Ran holds a PhD with Distinction in Computer Engineering from The University of New Mexico and a Bachelor's degree in Computer Software Engineering from Beihang University.
