Randy Stephan is an Apple certified Mac and iOS technician with a passion for training and team development. From 2016 to 2020, Randy worked as a Genius at Apple, where they contributed significantly to customer service and technical support. Prior to that, they spent a decade at Best Buy as the Deputy of Counter Intelligence, managing Geek Squad employees and focusing on repair times and customer satisfaction.
