Rebecca Ramirez

Rebecca Ramirez is an experienced professional with a diverse background in customer service, design, and multimedia performance. At Apple, from July 2014 to June 2021, Rebecca served in multiple roles, including RCC Senior Customer Service Specialist, where responsibilities included enhancing customer experiences and managing customer escalations for UK clients, as well as participating in user acceptance testing and strategic sales. In addition, Rebecca has maintained a freelance career as a Graphic & Multimedia Designer since 2007, directing projects for artists and businesses using advanced software. As a professional musician, Rebecca performs electronic music and multimedia art under the names Ouiness and Pilgrimess. Educational qualifications include two Bachelor's degrees in Radio, Television, and Digital Communication and Philosophy from The University of Texas at Austin, obtained between 2003 and 2007.
