Reena Philip

Reena Philip is an accomplished engineering leader with extensive experience in technology innovation and development across several high-profile companies. Currently serving as an Engineering Leader for Video Computer Vision at Apple since March 2020, Reena oversees applied research and engineering initiatives that enhance real-time on-device Computer Vision and Machine Perception technologies. Previously, Reena held the position of Engineering Leader for AR/VR and Speech Technologies at Facebook from September 2015 to March 2020, and served as Engineering Manager for Speech Technology at Amazon Lab126, where contributions included the development of Alexa for Fire TV. Reena's career also spans roles at Netflix, Rearden Commerce, eBay Inc., Valicert, River Run Software Group Inc., and Connectsoft Ruksun, showcasing a strong foundation in engineering across various domains. Reena holds a Master's degree in Computer Science from Savitribai Phule Pune University and a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from Delhi University.
